now we have it submitted, thanks!
Your ticket will be replied shortly.
the form you used, was “Suggestion form” but not a form for tickets.
- please follow this link http://forums.webtemplatemasters.com/submit-a-ticket/
- it may probably require you to login on that page, please authenticate with your credentials (login form at right)
- once you authenticated, the form appers on that page, please fill in the necessary fields and submit your ticket
please be advised, to allocate your problem we need admin access to your theme, it’s not a safe place to post it right on our forum. Therefore we’ve asked you to submit a ticket via ticketing submission form.
If you have any difficulties with submitting a ticket please let us know.
I just tested your contact form and it seems to be working correctly.
If you don’t receive the emails, can you confirm that you followed the instructions in template docs and updated the email address accordingly?
If so, please PM me your ftp access, so I can check on it?
There is a sample page on our demo that shows up all the car makes, here you are http://cardealer.webtemplatemasters.com/inventory/cars-by-make-location/
p.s. For better understanding how the theme works, we’d highly suggesting you to install the demo content and try playing around with it’s settings. I know for first opinion the theme itself might seems difficult to be managed, but couple hours later you’d get used to it. In any case if you have questions, please don’t hesitate submitting a ticket, our managers will gladly help you solving any.
Let me explain smth: Media library is important feature of WordPress, you’re right! But the part of CarDealer theme, which responds for car sellers profile (unique profile with personal stuff), means every dealer has no access to each other’s content or images, that was an important point for us when we were creating this theme. I’m sorry, but it’s not a car gallery theme.December 3, 2016 at 8:25 am in reply to: ACCIO Theme Hacked, Malicious Code Injected into full hosting account #15744
Too many words instead of something that could really help detecting your problem…
Seems like you’re the copywriter, who wants to negatively spread and low the rank of our theme.. I hope not!
Just wanted to mention that 99% it’s usually happening because of third party plugins since the ACCIO is pretty safe to be used. All the places that could be hacked are protected. Even the LayerSlider was recently updated to it’s latest version.
well, that’s why we’re always updating our release notes board (please check the screen attached, arrow pointing to the update you’re paying attention on)
And if you don’t like it, you can always revert the theme back to previous state/version on your hosting.
Must admit, that the other disappointing factor (paying support fee) disappoint us as well, since we try to keep our themes up to date counting all new wordpress releases in timely manner since 2013. You want having regular updates for free… Besides that, you just updated the theme to it’s latest version for free and faced to unexpected issue, that lays behind our release. Please read the themeforest support policy in regards to have our further assistance.
All the best!
please read my previous reply and note again that your issue is not related to our theme..
Let me explain something.. The issue you’re facing on your website is not related to theme bugs as you might think, it’s related to something else that we’re going to tell you and help solving it after your support renewal.
Please understand, we’ve got a lot of customers and hope all of them could appreciate our hard work on support with extending their support periods once they need our assistance.
please make sure in couple points below:
- you have all the required plugin’s versions up to date
- your hosting does not use caching tools, and if it uses, then just flush the cache
- one more thing, please try to clear the cache in your browser, perhaps it would help 😉
that problem was solved in one of our previous releases.
would appreciate if you attach a couple of screens confirming the issue..
@leonardo that was a new feature from LayerSlider’s developers..
The solution for all of us you’ll find below:
– navigate to the plugins page in your wp-admin
– find LayerSlider plugin and remove it
– a message at top will appear asking you to install required plugin
– just follow that request and install the plugin again
According to your request I’m not able to check what are you telling about since there was no url, nor access provided. Please use a PM messaging or submit a ticket via support channel to send me the necessary credentials to your webpage with contact form so we could troubleshoot on that issue.
