Your support period is not indicated and most likely you haven’t inserted your purchase ID upon creating the account on our forum, so please navigate to your profile page and add your purchase code like it shown here on screenshot: http://awesomescreenshot.com/02b61932f7
Coming back (late…) on this issue, however still wanting to “fix” this.
I seem not to be able to insert the purchase codes for my several themes/websites (same also happens for Goodnex) into the “New Item” field. It comes back with the message “Sorry this purchase code exsits!”
Please make sure that your support period for the Goodnex WP theme is valid and not expired, you can check it on the products section in your themeforest account, If its not expired please provide a screenshot via private post, thank you.
